Klodzko
Klodzko is the capital of the historic county of the same name. The most important city of the Euroregion Glacensis. Velké Losiny Thermal Spa
The unique thermal park in Velké Losiny is the only one of its kind in the Czech Republic. Dlouhé Stráně Hydroelectric Power Plant
In 2005, the Dlouhé stráně pumped-storage hydroelectric power plant was ranked among the 7 greatest wonders of the Czech Republic. It has thus become one of the most important Czech monuments, such as Karlštejn Castle or Hluboká Chateau. Since 2010, the upper reservoir of the Dlouhá stráně pumped-storage hydroelectric power plant has been accessible by a six-seater cable car from the nearby Kouty ski resort. The cable car will take you 4.5 km below the upper reservoir. You can then reach it on foot, by bike or by using the minibus, which runs there by shuttle.
Castle Velké Losiny
Velké Losiny State Castle is located on the southern edge of the village of the same name in the valley of the Desná River. A characteristic feature of which the chateau is the most famous are the three-storey arcades of the three-winged area of the so-called tall chateau. The place is also famous for its witch trials. When visiting the chateau, visitors will be amazed by the unique knight's hall decorated with leather wallpaper, a tiled stove (from 1589) and an equally old sideboard. One of the most valuable pieces of furniture is a tapestry from the 17th century with scenes from ancient mythology.
Aquapark Králíky
The Králíky swimming pool is located in the southern part of the town in Karla Čapek Street, right next to the football field. In the complex, there is a swimming pool, children's paddling pool, refreshments and toilets. To diversify your stay outside the water, you can use the beach volleyball court free of charge or play frisbee in the meadow or just sunbathe and catch bronze. Every year, pupils from the local primary school and grammar school come to us regularly as part of physical education classes.
Military Museum Králíky
The Králíky Military Museum presents the history of the Czechoslovak Army from its inception to the present. Several times a year you can seduce us in military equipment or visit military-historical events. In the exhibition hall with an area of 2,400 m2, it presents in the form of a cross-section the history of the Czechoslovak and Czech army, its allies and enemies in 1938, Czechoslovakia. fortifications, World War II, the history of resistance and occupation, military figures and the issue of state defence. Adjacent to the hall is an outdoor shelter for large exhibits.
Lookout tower Křížová Hora
Křížová hora is one of the peaks of the Jeřábové Highlands and rises to a height of 735 m above sea level. east of Červená Voda. The lookout tower on Křížová hora was built on the site of the original pilgrimage church from 1833 and a cruise restaurant, to which the Stations of the Cross led. Křížová hora probably got its name from the big cross that stood here. It was not until 2007 that a unique new lookout tower was built on the hill, which is the pride of the village.
